We had them out to heat and air and hot water tank and install 2 toilets and check the plumbing in the bathroom s and in the laundry room. They installed the toilets but then we're told that we needed new pipes for the whole sewer lines for 18 thousand they tore up back yard and concrete and said everything was fine but then we have had to call them out 4 more times for backed up toilets and showers and they still have not repaired the back yard. They keep saying they will do it but no one ever comes. can not use one shower because it backs up into the bedroom because it is wheelchair access able and still some back up in it. So the reason we had them here to fix the plumbing is not fixed, all we get from them is excuses or empty promises! And we never got to read the estimate because the guy was just talking about his daddy. We got no papers on the work before it was done. Resolution Sought Fix the bathroom problems and fix the concrete and back yard and sprinklers they broke, and the yard.
