My complaint against Air India is below. I booked an Air India ticket from my agent to go to India. My flight was on 16 April San Diego to New York and New York to Mumbai and Mumbai to Rajkot. My flight from New York to Mumbai was delayed by 3 hours. Due to this I could not get the connecting flight from Mumbai to Rajkot which was on 18 April at 4.05 pm. So Air India gave me a flight ticket of 6.35 a.m. on 19 April so I had to stay overnight in Mumbai. Which was up to 14 hours. Air India gave me a hotel for a night stay. This hotel was so horrifying that a lady of 53 years old, could not stay in this hotel, not feeling safe to stay in this hotel, I took a taxi with my luggage in an hour and went back to the Airport. I had to stay at the Airport all night. Mentally and physically I was very upset due to delays and horrifying hotel stay. Although I was a single woman traveling, the staff of Air India did not care to give me an appropriate hotel to stay. Air India staff's behavior was totally unprofessional and unreasonable, no one cared about me. My experience with Air India From New York to Rajkot was very devastating. Thus I reached Rajkot from San Diego in 65 hours with a lots of mental stress and physical problems. Now, talking about my return journey. My flight was from Rajkot to Delhi, and from Delhi to San Francisco and from San Francisco to San Diego. My flight from Rajkot Resolution Sought Compensation/Refund.
