On hold for 46 minutes. No one ever answered.

Had a service call scheduled today June 18 from 12 to 4. No one showed, no one called. I called the business, spoke to who I thought cared bout customers. The tech showed up at 5pm. Diagnosed my dryer needing a motor. Said 3 to 5 days more. He left . Didn't get her, the person who answered the phone, Her name. But she put me on hold for 38 minutes, in that time they business closed. So my call got transferred over to the owner Jose. He was clueless of what's happening. Had to tell that story all over again. Horrible business horrible service. America home Shield is my warranty company. They are horrible too. Can't get Thru in their phones. On hold for 46 minutes. No one ever answered. People just don't care anymore. It's all about the money. Apologize. Train there people. I give their rate a 0 ,
