Hired Air one heating and cooling llc to install new zoned hvac system in our new home. He installed to big of a unit for the square footage causing mold he installed damper motors backwards causing ductwork to blow apart. Unit froze up causing water damage to carpet and ceilings. Refused to fix the problems. Never registered unit with Carrier corporation so no warranty and I never received paperwork on unit. Contractor has done previous like this and was sued in court. Refused to fix problems so I hired another hvac contractor to fix his faulty work. Violation of building codes. Had new condenser installed and new damper motors installed and replaced the ductwork Resolution Sought Refund money
