Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. My old h-vac went out and damaged my home it leaked water in my walls of my foyer and ceilings in my foyer and dining room. Called my insurance company and made a claim they fixed everything. Called AIRE -SERV and purchased a h-vac they came and installed it and approximately 2 months after they(AIRE-SERV) came and installed the h-vac I noticed water spots in my ceiling so I called them out and they discovered that it was stopped up with a paper towel. so the technician said it was fixed that we shouldn't have no more problems and he said that they would paint my ceiling well about another 2 months we woke up and water was leaking down my dining room doorway and my floors were beginning to buckle up we reported this to AIRE serv they said they would take care of it then they started giving us the runaround and then they said they were not going to paint my ceiling nor fix my floors so also have pictures to prove the damage . When the first came in my home they said the damage was not caused by moisture and the last conversation we had with them they said that the damage was caused by water under the floors and they were not going to fix our property that they damaged. Please help because right now I'm so frustrated and having anxiety about my home. Again PLEASE HELP US!!!! Resolution Sought I would like for them to fix my floors and paint my ceiling in other words fix the damage they caused to my house!!! and I would also like a refund for $9000 to fix my property
