Departure: May 22, 2020. On February 21,2020 my friend n I bought an airline ticket. Less than a month after we bought it all flights were canceled due to Covid-19. We request a refund n my friend was reimbursed the full amount immediately. As of today I haven't received neither a letter or a call from this company about my money. Every time I have called they give me either a name of a person that's never there, supposedly the manager. No matter the times I have called they have ignored me. [email protected] 1-844-816-9103 Prince Cage, Ext-433 Resolution Sought My outcome would be a total amount refund. Same thing they did to my friend. We did not cancel, everything was cancelled because of Covid-19. Thank you B Leyva
