Long story short- wr changed insurance providers. Our auto lot asked for updated documents. We submitted those documents. Then the lady we are dealing with, I believe her name is Tawanda, started calling and getting into a p*ssing match with my wife. She called and got nasty with my wife and tried to say we didn't have insurance. We told her that was incorrect and she got nastier. My wife hung up on her. So now she is tryna Ng to charge us for extra insurance through their company even though we have insurance. She only has the legal right to do this if we don't have insurance. After much arguing with her I told her the information is on file with the DMV and she needed to stop harassing my wife. My wife is 8 mo ths pregnant on bed rest and doesn't need the added stress of some a**hole trying to power trip on us. My wife has blocked her calls and messages but the lady still calls every day and sends text messages. (They are available in the blocked messages setting for viewing.) We did our part, we provided them with the info. We provided DMV with the info as well. This is all about a p*ssing match and I would rather pay a lawyer $5,0000 than pay these a**holes a single penny they don't deserve. This has become a p*ssing match of who is right and who is wrong and these a**holes think they can manipulate us with fees and fines. And now someone has also messed with our payment history to makd it look like we missed a payment, we have receipts! Resolution Sought Stop the BS. We have receipts. We are not behind at all. We aren't playing the game with your employee, next step is an attorney. We pay our bill, leave us the f*** alone and stop trying to f**** us out of our vehicle in some twisted effort to run double income off of one vehicle. And tell Tawanda to leave my wife the f*** alone with her nasty a** attitude.

DMV requires proof of liability insurance by law, which has nothing to do with our finance company. Furthermore, DMV does not relay consumer information or it would be violating privacy laws. It is a requirement to finance with Airport Auto Sales & Service that our customer provide proof of active full coverage insurance of our collateral during the entire duration of the loan. Our collections and insurance staff, as well as the owner of the company, have all reached out to both Tara and Chris to request an insurance binder be sent to Collections@AirportVA.com. We have not received an insurance binder via text or email. When there is no insurance on our collateral, we will force place Collateral Protection Insurance, as stipulated in the Virginia Retail Installment Contract signed by Tara at purchase on 3/13/21. The cost of this coverage is $60 biweekly which has been applied to the account. To remove the Collateral Protection Insurance, all they have to do is provide proof of active insurance coverage.

I leased a vehicle from them last year. Shortly after the catalytic converters burst and clogged my exhaust. The amount in total was little over 1400$. Because of my warranty I only had to pay half. Which was a little over 700$. It hasn't even been a full year and the catalytic converter are gone bad again. The same one as before. Now I am expected to pay half to fix that one because they chose to order a "new part" off of eBay knowing that most the time those parts are not brand new and no good. I should not be held accountable for this bill in any way shape or form. Then they will not order the part and fix my car until I give them payment. Like wait, what? Resolution Sought My car to be completely fixed on their expense.
