I Purchased a Honda Accord in February of 2021, this car never worked with my I Phone 13, after several attempts to fix the problem, I decided to trade it in for an 2022 Honda HRV Sport on April 23,2022. After a few days the Air Conditioner was not working and my phone was not pairing with this Vehicle. They said the Freon was low, and they claimed that the phone is pairing. I have been back and forth with this problem with my phone since day 1. The Air Conditioner, they found a leak in the hose. It was repaired and is working. I have filed a complaint with Honda's Corporate Office, wrote letters to the president in Tokyo, and cc a copy to Corporate in Torrance via registered mail. I have spoken to the Sales Manager, Corporate, and the Service Manager. To No Avail, The problem with the phone still exists. I was told on Friday July 1st by the Service Manager that he would reach out to his boss for a solution and call me. At this point I am requesting that if they don't solve this issue, I want a Full Refund of my Down Payment, which was my 2021 Honda Accord. They are not informing their customers of this problem with the I phone 12 and 13 not being compatible with their Vehicles. I find that to be unacceptable, yet they continue to sell these vehicles. It pairs at the Lot, but the next day it disconnects and it displays "No Phone Connection " This is a Serious Problem That Needs To Be Addresses ASAP. Resolution Sought Refund me my Entire Down Payment so I Can Go Purchase A Vehicle That Is Compatible with my I Phone 13.

I leased a 2020 Honda Odyssey at Airport Marina Honda based on the dealer recommendation of the Costco Auto Program. From day 1 the vehicle has been dangerous. I took the car to multiple dealerships and was told that AMH must replace it because it has "outside interference" and thus the electronics are manipulated by these outside forces. Doors fly open while driving, alarms and lights flash or leave the car without headlights or taillights at night. Alarms go off at all hours. the gauges go from one end to the other. The car has locked me inside and has locked me outside the vehicle. AAA said they had never seen such a mess. The engine is now overheating and burns to the touch creating a dangerous situation. The car needed a new battery after just 2 weeks. I have multiple emails to Costco and the dealership detailing the problems. I visited Oregon and had more problems there, cannot drive the car, and Costco said to take it to Lithia Honda in Medford, OR. They, like all the other dealers wanted nothing to do with the car and no one would take it as a trade-in. All advise to get rid of it thru AMH that gave me the TAMPERED vehicle. Costco said they would speak to senior management but now refuse to communicate. AMH claim they know nothing. Lithia Honda says to deal with AMH. I have been paying $500 for the last 12 months and have no car now. It is now sitting at Lithia Honda where I am currently residing. PLEASE HELP! Resolution Sought I need to trade in this vehicle. All have advised me to get rid of it thru AMH that gave me the TAMPERED vehicle. Costco said they would speak to senior management but now refuse to communicate. AMH claim they know nothing. Lithia Honda says to deal with AMH. I have been paying $500 for the last 12 months and have no car now. It is now sitting at Lithia Honda where it was towed. PLEASE HELP!

The car is too dangerous to drive. It will be towed to the nearest dealership and AMH can get it from there. It is a dangerous vehicle that is now making loud noises, is burning hot, the fans are compromised, and there are copious amounts of smoke coming from the engine or thereabouts. The only solution is for AMH to take back the car that they leased to me one year ago and that has been a huge burden for me. They can tow it from the Oregon dealership because it is not safe to be driven. I am now without a vehicle and AMH needs to refund and cancel the lease.
