My car was involved in an accident we requested to drive it off and was told no. When the tow truck arrived we asked for it to be towed to our house and the driver told us it'd be 135-165 but refused to take it to our house instead took it to their impound lot 15 minutes before closing and told us that we'd have to pay 380 if we didn't have a tow truck there before they closed. Resolution Sought I would like a reimbursement of the difference from the 135-165 that the driver told us.
