I was scheduled for a procedure, paid 1895. To this company to hold my appointment Aug 12, 2023. I arrived on the and the began to prep my for (removal of fat).. called Noninvasive liposuction. I was on the table about 45 mins, the Doctor attempted to remove fat. After she tried, only drawing out blood in 8 areas of my body. She finally stopped and said I cannot do the procedure, it's unsuccessful and if I continue"you will need a blood transfusion ". The doc, the nurse, the staff couldn't get me out quick enough. Without me aware, they charged the card (they keep on file from 1895. Deposit). which was not authorized by me to keep or use again), the balance would have 14,605, if the procedure was done. At this point (I have corresponded with a manager natile) she said we did not achieve what you came in for. I see no problem reimbursing you; I am just waiting for my supervisor to arrive. Needless to say, it's almost a month later. I reached out about 15 times through emails and phone calls. The supervisor of Natile has not tried to contact me. The office in Miami is not permitted to give me an email or phone number to their managers. I was taken to ER the same night of attempt procedure and returned 1 week later to ER. It as if a bus hit me. I am still numb and full of air and pain. My medical bills from those two visits are 60k. I seriously was a fool to trust a company without truly researching them. Can you help me retrieve my monies. Resolution Sought Reimburse my monies. They charged me 16605.00. My hospital visits 60 k. I have all my documents needed to support my charges. And to investigate this office. I truly do not know if the woman that was a certified Doctor.
