Airship Syndicate are the developers of the video game "Wayfinder". After a disastrous launch, and several post launch issues, they lost their publisher and are in this weird state of limbo where none of their employees know anything. I've been actively seeking a full refund for my founders pack for 6 plus months, and now apparently their own website says it's no longer being monitored for customer service, and to try Discord, which is staffed by free help in the form of teenagers. They refuse to provide a refund and state that it's up to Sony, who say the opposite. Please help as I'm at wits end. Resolution Sought Full refund of at least the Founders Packs and all digital currency as the game is on hold, has no set future, and they don't even have customer service.
