I sent my paperwork to have my vehicle loan reaffirmed, a month later I called the court to make sure it was filed with the court they said they never received it so I called AIS 2 weeks ago and they said they received it Aug 31 but they couldn't file it because there was a "deficiency" that needed to be fixed. So I got mad that they never sent it back to me or communicated that with me so I could fix it. I they asked for my email address so they could send it to me so I gave it and a week later I still hadn't received it. I called and they said it was sent but I had them confirm my email address and it was spelled wrong. He took down my email address again said they would send it. I still had t received it after a few days so I called back and they seemed like I never called before. He told me he would escalate it and have them send it. It's been 2 days and I still haven't seen it. If I don't get that paperwork to the court in 3 weeks I could lose my vehicle and that would really screw me over. There must be a lot of incompetence at this company. I would give 0 stars if I could Resolution Sought I would like my paperwork so I can fix it and file it asap so I don't lose my vehicle

I filed bankruptcy this year, I sent the car paperwork back to my lawyer that car be voluntary surrender with no penalty to Ally's. I called company to make sure they pick up car at the location and they keep saying of numbers time they didn't get paperwork from my lawyers office or from me, at one call I ask to speak to a supervisor and he would not get on phone talking in background what I should do, when case was fully close they email me paperwork I sent before saying I didn't meet deadline to keep the car and I have to file paperwork in court. Resolution Sought Not to put this account on my credit because paperwork and calls of numbers time deadline was meet.

After review of the AIS records it has been determined that the file between AIS and Ally has closed. I have reviewed the procedures related to car repossessions with Ally Bank and confirmed that Ms. Baker will need to contact Ally Bank directly in order to arrange a time for her car to be surrendered. Any questions/concerns related to credit reporting will need to be addressed directly to Ally Bank.
