I brought my e bike in for service. Two flat tires and a safety inspection. They had my bike for 2 weeks. When I walked in to pick it up, the bikes rear tire was flat. Mechanic brought the bike back in and fixed the flat tire. Upon walking out the breaks we're making rubbing noises both from and back. Tech took bike back in and adjusted them. When I took the bike home, screws fell out of my bike, my fender fell off, my reflector fell off, and my tire is not holding air. I paid for a "safety inspection ". This bike is not safe to ride after being in this companies possession. My life is in danger and my money was taken. Resolution Sought I want a full refund on the service I paid for that has put my life in jeopardy. I want this company audited for their work.
