They cut the tree down, leaving a mess after wards, they show up every other day, or more, but just worked from 12n to 4pm. this job still without finished for 3 weeks now. I heard every excuse to from the owner Alfred. He promised to completed the job by wed Aug 11, 21. it's Saturday August 14,21 and the job still without completion. Of curse he got paid in full by the person who hired them. I have left several messages on his phone without responses. Now the HOA is sending me notifications. Resolution Sought complete the job the got hired to do or request a partial refund if I have to finished on my own.
