I purchased a car from them in 2019 and recently had it repossessed due to no longer being able to make the payments. When trying to get me approved for the financing of the vehicle, They lied in my contract to acquire auto financing through west lake financial. The took my down payment and said it was credited 2,000 dollar 6 month warranty and ,still told the financial institution that I required a 16,000 dollar loan when the car window tag said 15000. They took advantage of me. I have a learning disability and required A IEP from 4th grade till I graduated high school and they did not fully explain the situation nor the paperwork I was signing. Resolution Sought A refund of everything that they were paid out from the financial institution west lake financial.
