DO NOT COMPLY WITH VA PRESCRIBED MEDICATION

I was admitted to AKUA MIND BODY and my personal belongings were removed and taken into a seperate room. I was NOT present during or after the inspection. NO ITEMIZED INVENTORY SHEET PROVIDED. Had property stolen.

AKUA MIND BODY DOES NOT COMPLY with VA Prescribed medication. AKUA MIND BODY has CIVILIAN DOCTOR WHO WILL CHANGE your VA prescribed medications.

Poor customer service, lack of admission process. NO inventory sheet, after admission NO VITALS taken again till morning shift at 9am
