I was taken advantage of at the dealership and lied to about my contract. First of all, I'm paying 2x the amount of what my car is worth. When I went into the dealership, I agreed to pay a down payment that went towards my loan. I then made a down payment and instead of having the down payment go towards my loan, the dealer of Fernando Rodriguez used it as my month payment against my will. I was then told that I'll pay $410 monthly and about two months ago my monthly payment jumped from $410 to $850 causing me to be marked as late and damaging my credit that I worked hard to build. Resolution Sought I would like the business to take accountability for what they did and issue me a refund that goes towards my loan as promised along with contacting my lender to dispute my late payment notice on my credit.
