CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

They submitted invoice for 95.00, fraudulently. They went into detail on services they did not do! They were never on my property! They made appt. in June for several weeks out.. They cancelled. They made another appt. date for again several weeks out. I called another local company. I called and cancelled Alabama Climate's second appt. After calling another company, they were at my house and did my maintence within two days of calling them. Later, I called Alabama Climate to make sure they showed me a 0 balance. She , abruptly, said they had removed the charge. I later sent them a letter asking them to send me something in writing indicating I did not owe them anything. I sent the letter November 18, 2021. At this time, I have had no response from Alabama Climate Control. I utilized Alabama Climate Control through the years, they did very well. I have been told, by one of their employees, the older owners sold to the current owners. Yes, I am very disappointed with Alabama Climate in trying to charge this senior citizen for services they did not do. Resolution Sought To prevent anything in the future, I would appreciate Alabama Climate Control to send me something in writing that indicates I owe them nothing. I would appreciate this. I certainly do not want to see this fraudently charge on any credit report.
