I Had new Septic field lines, pump and pump chamber installed on 07/22/2021. Installer has returned 7 times to attempt to correct sewage leakage from pump chamber between date of install at December 18th. Doesn't respond at all to voicemail, texts, or calls since their last attempt at a permanent solution . Has taken as long as 33 days to respond to service calls under warranty. Problem still existed, and I had to spend an additional $1500 for another company to remove and correctly install the chamber and pump, which was originally installed by Alabama Tank Service, and was done so incorrectly, and with used and substandard parts, which failed and would not perform correctly due to the improper installation. Resolution Sought Reimburse for the additional cost I incurred to have the problems corrected as well as for my loss of time, the stress of having a raw sewage discharge in my yard for the past 6 months, and not being able to allow my dogs or child access to the yard. I have extensive photographic and video evidence, as well as all text messages and correspondence with this company available as evidence to support my claims.
