Misleading and false advertising on their website for accepting debit card as method payment.

I reserved my rental the first week of May for May 24. For a week picking up in Raleigh NC & dropping in RI. When I got to the Raleigh Alamo to pick up the car the man says we do not except debit. I said this is the card I reserved the car with, he says sorry needless to say we had to get to Lumberton for my granddaughters graduation. Customer service there was nine, heartless people were from RI have no idea what to do not one person offered any help. We were left standing out side. I will never rent from this company again. The next day went to enterprise were they were helpful. Hope it never happens to you. Stop the misleading and false advertising.
