We have already addressed her oil leaks under the extended warranty that she purchased. The valve cover gasket was one of the leaks addressed, which is the valves to which she referred. The taillight is on order through BMW and she will be called and notified upon its arrival. The charge will be taken care of by our dealership as a customer courtesy as this was an item she said that she claimed she had previously notified the salesman of but that we had no record of. ETA for the taillight provided to us by BMW was 2-3 business days.

BMW provided us the incorrect part. Correct part was once again ordered and arrived first this morning and has been confirmed to be the right part. Customer is being called to have the taillight installed. Squeaking noise is was a new issue and not related to the previously mentioned repairs but can be diagnosed and discussed when returned for taillight installation. Not sure what motor light the customer is referring to. No warning lights were present at time of sale, nor during or after the repair of the oil leak. We are more than happy to look at which light is on and try to address.

I purchased a Nissan Juke from Alamo 410 on August 29, 2015, at the time I purchased Gap insurance the vehicle through security service Federal credit Union, I refinanced the vehicle later through Randolph Brooks Federal credit Union and he also purchased gap insurance through them the amount of my gap insurance that I have purchased through Alamo 410 should have been refunded to me. the dealership closed and was no longer there however I wrote numerous letters and contacted numerous individuals at Alamo Toyota off of 1604 and 281 this was back in March of 2017 I was supposed to have made it proof from security service that the vehicle have been refinanced which shows I did not owe anything to security service, who advised me I would need to get the refund directly from the vehicle dealership it is now 2021 the original request was sent back in 2017-2018 again 2019 ,2020 written letters were mailed to the finance department attention someone named Gloria. It is now 2021 5 years later and I still don't have my refund. The personality spoke to on the phone was always very rude and obnoxious. Resolution Sought I am requesting the full refund which I believe was $2,000 back from March of 2017.
