I took a trip from California LAX to Seattle to Boston using Alaska airlines, when I received my luggage it had a huge crack and dent. I put in a claim and they're refusing to pay for my luggage. They offered a complementary replacement, I refuse to settle for a replacement!! Resolution Sought I would like the business to pay me the exact amount for my luggage.
