I placed an order with Ablee baby for a Bugaboo Kangaroo Stroller bundle at the price shown at checkout. The order was confirmed, and I relied on this confirmation to cancel separate orders I had secured at other retailers taking advantage of Black Friday discounts. Shortly after, Ablee Baby canceled by order, citing a system error, and offered a $100 discount that did not cover the financial difference I incurred. I attempted to resolve this directly, including requesting store credit to cover the cost of replacing some items. Albee has refused to provide a solution that restores me to the financial position I was in prior to their error. I am seeing assistance to have the business provide the product or a fair resolution that compensates for the loss caused by their cancellation. Resolution Sought Provide the product at the price shown or compensate me for the difference at full market price as I can no longer take advantage of discounted Black Friday pricing.
