Purchased 2 candles on Dec 5. Said they shipped on Dec 15, but I never received them. Sent an email on Dec 22 with no response through website. On Dec 27 I sent a second email directly to an employees email, Tiffani with no response until Jan 1. Pricilla responded apologizing and saying they were under new management and she would have them shipped out in 2 days. Never received a confirmation email they have been shipped and never have received them. And I have sent a couple more text since the one response and have yet to receive a response again from them. Today is Jan 21! This is HORRIBLE business. I want my money back. Resolution Sought Reimburse me AND send me my candles!
