I would like it, if he treated new prospects as if they had some value to him.

Called to inquire about consulting for a project for which we are having a problem. Given the advice someone named "Bob" was giving, it seemed that he didn't understand what we needed, or (in some cases) I wasn't sure I understood what he was suggesting. So I would interrupt him for clarification. Since I would have been considered a new business prospect, I certainly didn't think I was overstepping, by trying to clarify or get clarification from "Bob". Certainly, where I come from, the "customer is always right". But, after second or third attempt to clarify, "Bob" blew up, yelled at me for interrupting, and then ended the call. As a business owner, naturally, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism. Certainly, if I thought a prospect/client was being "rude" (assuming that's what he though), I would never say anything about it to them directly! How would that possibly help me or my business?? And, based on how easily and quickly, "Bob" got to this point, I have to assume I was NOT the first time he has reacted this way! Sounds like Bob prefers his prospects and clients to just shut up and listen to him! We had hoped to develop a long-term relationship with this company; but, at this point, I would advise people to steer clear! Not sure about their technical prowess, as FileMaker Consultants, but pretty sure you don't want to work with someone who might blow up and kick you to the curb, at any given moment! I would like "Bob" to apologize for his unprofessional conduct
