We signed a contract with Alco on 07/27/23 for new windows and doors installation. We decided to do business with Alco because they are an accredited business by the BBB. At first we were told that installation will be completed by late October/early November of 2023. The installation date keeps getting pushed back supposedly due to manufacturers not having windows ready. Is now almost mid April and still same excuse. I did my research to see if there was even an active permit for the installation and is non-existent. We are exhausted of calling and sending emails just to get the same response. We were approved by the government for a 10k grant to use on the windows and it's expiring soon (07/25/24). The only thing we ask them is to cancel the contract and the loan so we can hopefully due business with another company before our grant expires. Resolution Sought Send in writing a legal cancellation of contract and loan. Payments are supposed to start after installation.
