I purchased a jeep Compass from this company. I was worried about the vehicle mechanically so I purchased the extended warranty Brian recommended. I sold the car to get something better and I was told the warranty was non-refundable. I looked over the contract and it does not say anything about being nonrefundable. I paid for the warranty but never used it. Brian said you can only get a refund if the car was totaled out( ex: accident). Of course the condition of a refund was explained after I called for the refund. I was never told when purchasing the extended warranty that it was nonrefundable. I feel that should have been disclosed at the time of sale. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund on the warranty because I never used the warranty and only had it for 13 days.

The warranty company is refunding him his money. Like I said to him when this came to my attention, they are the ones that make this call not me. I have just sent it the cancellation request to my boss to fill out and return.
