I was issued a virtual card as a settlement award in the amount of 459.00. April 18th. I spent just under 300.0 and my card was deactivated April 22. Since that time I have contacted them several times to no avail. I've received numerous e mail stated they had resolved the issue but that never happened. I've been without access to the fun's for two weeks now and it has caused me a hardship. Resolution Sought Expedite card replacements at their expense.
