In June of 2021, agreed to have Alder install a home security system. But the sales people's that did the installation did not explain to me the cancellation process. And my contract doesn't have any dates for me to follow. I did send them a cancellation form, dated 6/16/2021 Resolution Sought Cancel the service, and stop billing me.
