In the summer of June 2024 a sales representative from Alder Security comes to knock on my door. I let the gentleman in and he begins to tell me about Alder Security making the company sound so great. Of course when trying to get you to purchase a security system all the deals are on the table making everything sound great. The salesman gives me the run down of the pricing which I thought I was ridiculously expensive and then having a 5 year contract on top of that. Mind you the equipment cost is $5000. I told the salesman that I was good and I wasn't interested. Of course at this point the salesman is pushing the issue and trying his best to win me over. I'll pay for the taxes of the purchase and first month free on us, Which I was still charged. I eventually gave in which I regret even to this day. I asked the salesman representative how long did I have to cancel and he told me a month. After of almost a month of having the system I wasn't satisfied which is when my nightmare begin. Cameras quality was horrible, camera signal would go out for weeks at a time and then it would take a technician a month to come fix it. In August I talked to a guy name Mr. Judd who works for the company he told me himself that I was paying too much and he would get me a better deal which he never did. He was supposed to call back within three days never did. I even reached out to the sales rep he stop responding as well. My situation financially has completely changed since 8 months ago. Resolution Sought I would like to completely get out of my contract. My financial situation is completely different than it was 8 months ago. I don't have the extra cash as I once did. In the future I wish the company would give you a chance on how many years you wish to pay this security equipment out and honor there word on actually working with you.

Alder Security wants to charge me after 11 years to cancel service moving with sons .Already signed paper to discontinue and now I have to pay money one said one price then another said a different price. No papers sent to me and was not told of this . Resolution Sought I want this dissolve. It's un professional and dirty pool. You need to notify people of a change. Still haven't received anything.
