I love Aldi, this is first complain. 3/29/24 I ask cashier to ring up 12 large bottles of water and would you please ask one of your men in the back to put them in my car? He looked at me to say who are you , we don't do that here. He didn't answer, so he said I will ring them up for you and she if I can get someone to help you. So I went outside to put my groceries in my car,, 30 minute's later I go inside and ask another cashier did he forget about me? She said he went on break, Antyon did not acknowledge me she ask him are they going help her, he said I sent him on break. So I tell him I want to get a refund he got all upset and he got angry. Well I have a disability and they always taken my water to my car before and have been nice to me, but the CASHIER (MANGER) was very rude to me. Needless to say I didn't get a refund and I left. My blood pressure was getting up. Can you help me. He didn't want them to take the water out for me. Resolution Sought I don't know there policy, but they have always helped an old (75 )disabled lady before. And I appreciate it, I love my Aldies, I don't want to go to another stop, just to avoid him, please help.

I purchased 5 (25.00) Shell Gas gift cards for family members for Christmas, I later learned that there is not any Shell stations in my local area zip code being 12307. I returned to the Aldi store #183 the very next day and requested an exchange (no refund) just a simple exchange and the store manager refused my request. I am reporting this issue because I then called the Shell customer service corporation and I believe I've been swindled. I think Aldi purchased bogus Shell gas gift cards unaware and selling them to customers. I hope that something can be done about this matter because I live off of disability and I cannot afford to just let negligence take money from me ad well as ruin my Christmas gift giving to my family. Thank you Resolution Sought At this point give me a refund I will never do business with Aldi ever again when all I asked for was the exchange.

Aldi send a response to this complaint on 12/26/23. We contacted the customer to inform them that Aldi does not allow return on gift cards and that we have documented their feedback. Additionally, we advised that for questions regarding gift cards, to please call the telephone number of visit the website on the back of the gift card for assistance.
