Better training of staff about communication with customers. Hiring QUALIFIED people.
Cashiers really nasty; throwing purchases into cart; no greeting; arguing with customers; they think they own the store

I went into Easton aldi and they kept my change at the register and said since there's a change shortage they don't have any coins to give... Then said there's a paper on the door. This is bad business and should be theft
