We had an agreement already with Aldous through the BBB already in reference to code 79808690F4B7E They agreed to send a letter to my residence about our issue regarding a paid amount for the credit collection so I can pursue my career in the military. I sent my address in the thread of messages. I see that they sent it to an address is Missouri Instead. Just reaching out to get the letter sent to my correct address. Resolution Sought Have my address corrected and the letter sent ro my residence. Thank you, Tyler Grandidier

Company states: We received payment for this account on 4/14/2025 and sent a payment confirmation. However, it appears the letter may have gone to an incorrect address. We have mailed a correspondence to the correct address on 10/17/2025.
