After several months of having the Alert 1 device I realized that my husband was not going to use it so we determined to return it to the company. I talked to the company and they said if they received it by Dec. 3 they would not charge for the next month. So I sent it out on Nov. 29 which gives it 5 days to be delivered. Due to Covid and the slow mail service at this time the package arrived on Dec. 4, one day late. However, the company billed me for the month of Dec. When I called to ask to have the payment rescinded there was no leniency whatsoever. "Policy is that the equipment must be received by Dec. 3" I pleaded and begged but to no avail, no leniency. I mailed the package in plenty of time to get it there but due to slow mail service in this Covid world it arrived a day late. Poor way to do business! I will never use this company again or recommend it to anyone. Resolution Sought I would like the company to refund my money for the month of December.
