I had Vio to put an alarm in my house and it not working I paid my bill and I called them 4 times and they said they would have someone to call me but they never did call me back they're taking peoples money and not standing behind their product. I would like them to fix it or refund my money. Resolution Sought See if you can get them to fix it or refund my money so I can get another alarm system that works

Few months ago (Nov. 2020), we have contacted GHS over the phone and in writing (per their request) asking stop for the service since we no longer own the house in Hemet CA . In our letter we have indicated that due to retirement, we were moving into affordable retirement accommodations. However, GHS (Now VIO) kept charging our account for security service on a vacant house we no longer own and currently on the market. We had to close our bank account to stop charges we can no longer afford. Now, we are getting letter after letter still asking for payment. Although we have been with GHS since 2013, we are very disappointed as the company ignored our written request for cancellation and kept on asking for payment of a house no longer being monitored. We are not happy. Resolution Sought Payment stops. We are filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Affairs Dept. PLEASE STOP.
