Failed To Cancel Service After Notifying Them

1st off, their system failed to work, 2nd... tried getting someone to come fix it and no one showed up then finally the entire system they installed quit! I made several efforts to cancel their service and have someone come and uninstall it but got no response at all! I have since decided to use another home security service which I am satisfied with yet Alert360/Vio/GHS still charges my account! Beyond very disappointed with them and furious that despite everything they still charge my account when the service from them was cancelled so long ago!
