Consumer alleges your company did not properly groom her two dogs she took in on 8/16/21. After returning home she noticed the hair cut was not done properly, however she could not return to the place as it was after 7pm. She returned on 8/17/2021 to inform them of the problem. They acknowledged it was not done correctly. She informed them this was the second time this was done and if he had told her they were busy on Monday, she wouldn't have left her dogs and returned another day. The company offered to correct the issue. She refused this time and requested half of her monies returned so she could take the dogs elsewhere. As she was talking a younger male approached her and began arguing, she did not reply to him and feels he was unprofessional for getting into the conversation she was having with the Owner. The company offered a refund of $20.00; she paid a total $120.00. She informed you it will cost her more than $20 to take the dogs elsewhere to correct the cut. Resolution Sought Consumer seeking company refund half the cost so she can take her dogs to another groomer, $60.00

While we tried to resolve the issue by offering to correct the haircut and offer her some of her money back, she denied thus we had nothing else to do but deny her request of half her money back. We still offered her to correct the haircut and still give some of her money back even though she told us that she was not coming back. In our opinion it was fair what we offered her. And the young man was explaining that the owners still gave her a good price instead of charging the normal price we usually charge. Overall, we could not get into an agreement thus the issue wasn’t solved.

Consumer states this was the second occasion and she pointed it out and you acknowledged the work was not done correctly. She was just trying to deal with the Owner when the young man felt the need to interrupt the conversation and make an offer of $20.00. She informed the $20.00 would not cover the cost for her to take the dogs elsewhere to have the corrections make. She feels the young man was out of line to get involved and was unprofessional in the matter in which he spoke to her. She is still requesting half of her money to be returned.
