I, CHIEF MANAGER OPERATION FOR BADAR AND BROTHERS PESHAWAR, PAKISTAN would like to draw your kind attention to a disputed issue with Mr. Lex Anderson President/CEO Alexander Defense Corporation, 254 CHAPMAN RD, STE 208 #11656, NEWARK, DE 19702. We entered in a proper business contract agreement with Alexander Defense Corporation, USA to import 9x19mm scrap brass casing Quantity 2.00 million Amounting USD@ 110,000.00 Dated: 07-27-2023. We have transferred all the funds and the supplier Alexander Defense Corporation, USA acknowledged. On 03-10-2023, we have received an email from Mr. Lex Anderson President Alexander Defense Corporation that I have put a stop on the shipment of right now. As per their email he conveyed that I have received a call from a Detective at the police department stated that you have obtained these 2 deposit payments Amounting @ USD 10000 & USD 3000 Dated: 22-08-2023 through fraudulent efforts. Thus, notify us that my account in Bank of America has been locked for one month and will be active on 4-11-2023. We approached to Mr. Lex that lets wait until your account is unfreeze. After a month we approached again to clarify the issue and we just simply asked the following clarification: Is your account unfreeze? Is the amount reverted back from your account to the original sender? Mr. Lex Anderson is not responding to our queries and call. Resolution Sought We have sent the following 2 proposal to Mr. Lex Anderson to resolve the issue but did not receive any response. 1- Exclude the goods of USD13000 which is disputed amount and make sure to inline the shipment of goods USD 97000. 2- We will send you another USD 13000 to make sure and dispatch the shipment to the port from your warehouse. Mr. Lex Anderson is not responding to our queries and call. Meanwhile, we have also approached to the detective Donald Wilhelm send an email to clarify.
