Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Consumer alleges your company did not provide $5000 worth of services and her request to get a breakdown of the work done have been ignored. Consumer hired your company to represent her in a civil case. She signed a contract with your company for $5000 on 11/08/2021. A civil case was opened in the court however you refuse to continue her case unless she pays another $2500. Consumer does not understand why she needs to pay more money when she just paid $5000 and all you did was open the civil case. Consumer has tried to reach out to your company to no avail. Your secretaries claim to not know anything about the cases and cannot get the attorney to call her back. Also the paralegal that refer her to you has had a hard time getting a hold of you.
