Apologize and renew customer service skills for staff.

I called my Allstate agent the evening of June 5, 2019 shortly after a disastrous wind and hail storm that left many large branches over my property, knifed through the 6 foot fence, flattening my chain link fence and the large garbage totes, and damage to the new barn at the end of my driveway. Allstate gave me the name of 2 tree companies that could help. I called Alexander Tree Service and I was told they would be out to estimate the debris and set a time to do it. Rhonda came in a white pickup truck with orange letters indicating it was the company I had called. She assessed the damage, and explained it to me and a lady from my church who came to see if I was OK. Rhonda identified that the branches came from a "sick", uncared for tree in the back yard of 2207 Heather field Dr. that is immediately next to my back yard. Several days passed and I heard no word though I called Rhonda when I was at work and reminded her to use my cell number to let me know when they would be out and I could come home. I called a second and third time and each time Rhonda answered, and she stated she would check the schedule in the office and get back to me. Rhonda never returned any of my phone calls. At the very least it would have been curious for Alexander Co to let me know when they would be there or that they were overwhelmed and unable to do the work. As a result it has taken over 3 weeks to engage another tree company and clear the debris to assess the damage.
