I cosigned a used vehicle for my granddaughter, she put $2500.00. Two days later she was having trouble with stick shift and didn't drive it anymore because it didn't sound good at all. We called the business and she was told to taje to Fiat Service to get it looked at. They told us it would be at our expense. Salesman told us we $24,000 warranty, but Fiat said no way! The day we purchased car Salesman said I didn't have to stay any longer there si J could go home and rest, while they processed paperwork so I went home to rest. Saturday morning my granddaughter calls to tell me that car was messing up! Si I said pull out your paperwork and lets go see those people. She tells me they didn't give me any paperwork !!! I find that strange that they would finish processing paperwork later! We don't have the funds to be paying for repairs that they should cover. Can you help us? I'm the co-signer so I'm thinking this will ruin my credit and my granddaughter is out $2500.00 Resolution Sought We want to return this bad vehicle get her money back and cancel contract because I don't want to do business with them. We got a bad deal for sure.

Consumer states; Please be advised that this matter has been resolved. Alfa Romeo Fiat has taken care of this matter in an amicable manner. Also, note that this was just a big misunderstanding on both sides. However, all is fine and satisfactory resolved. Thank you.
