Customer Complaint

Contacted the owner to qoute excavating for a addition. Qoute signed to install foundation and install french drain and contractor. Once block was in and poured contractor never come back to finish excavate foundation or install french drain. I the home owner installed drain and cost additional 800.00 to get the foundation graded with remaining dirt. Resolution Sought Off set the cost required to get dirt backfilled around foundation.

We completed Mr. Skinners project on 8/1/21 and all items were completed on his contract including french drain along footing. Total contract was stated: 16' x 24' foundation addition, excavate footing, install rebar, 3000 psi concrete footing, 8" block wall, rebar and solid grout block cells, required vents and french drain along high side of footing that was left in place. This was all done for him and nowhere in the contract does it say I was to landscape his property. This is our response and no further actions will be needed.
