I placed an order with Algy for 13 custom dresses. Style Regent custom for my dance team, Avery County Cloggers. I hade worked with their rep a Mr Deryl Colson (GA). I ordered and paid in full for the dresses on November 19, 2020. Production time is stated as 10-13 weeks. I gave extra time due to Covid. As of me writing this it's been 145 days. Almost 21 weeks. I reached out to Mr Colson on March 22, 2021 and he informed me that he no longer works for Algy. He told me to call them directly for an update on my order. I called both numbers listed on their website 1-800-458-2549 and 1-954-457-8100 and got a recording that they would open back up in February and to leave a voicemail. I did so. No one ever called me back or emailed me. I also sent an email in March 28, 2020 and have yet to get a response. I called my local BBB to see if they had another number for them. I called the number they provided 1-800-458-2549 and this time I was told they are "closed due to Covid" then the call disconnects with no option to leave a message. I've tried for over a month now to just speak to an actual person to no avail. There website states "Please check back often as we continue to work behind the scenes for you, our valued customers. We can't wait to share what we have in store for the upcoming season. In the meantime, feel free to browse, and plan for your next purchase. See you soon!!" I read an article by biz journals that they filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy. Resolution Sought Issue a FULL refund so I may take my business elsewhere.

Please be advised that due to the adverse economic climate over the past year all the assets of Algy were sold in a bankruptcy sale, including the ALGY Brand. The assets were sold free and clear of all claims and liens. This was unfortunate as Algy had been in business for over 80 years. Accordingly, Algy Trimmings is out of business and has no assets to pay any debts. We regret this outcome, but the pandemic wreaked havoc on many companies and Algy could not survive the stark downturn.

I was not notified of this filing. I had to find out online. You have MY money for a service you never provided!!!!! How can you feel right about this. No product or service was rendered in exchange for my cash. You owe me a FULL refund.
