Last year I went to my a tax business to do my taxes for the year 2021. I dealt with Sergio I believe he is the owner He was very rude and neglected my questions why haven't he got answers that I needed in regards my refund. I want my money back because wasted my time to call the irs getting information about my refund also I called the bank that he dealt with where I have my money it took 2 months to track where my money is he made me waste my time I'm emotional because I paid him a lot of money for doing his job that i ended up doing myself i called him and his assistants and got treated me very disgusting. Please I just want my money back from this person Resolution Sought Refund my money
