I'm a seller of shoes, apparel and other merchandise through a third party company called Alias a GOAT company. I sent a Travis Scott hoodie to them to be authenticated and shipped out to the buyer whom purchased this hoodie from me. On 8/2/2023 I received a message from Alias stating that the hoodie I sent was not new, it had an order and smells washed. The items I shipped Alias is brand new. Only taken out of the packaging for pictures required for selling the product on their website. I've been using this company for years and never encountered any problems with my products I sell or buy from them. I've sent numerous emails requesting that I speak with a supervisor or someone in charge. I have not received a response from them yet. I'm concerned that my merchandise is damaged and that it happened in this company's care. I believe in honest business ethics for myself and the longevity of my good name when using these third party services to assist in selling merchandise. When my product is shipped back to me and it's in the same condition I sent it, with matching sku # I'm satisfied. If I receive it damaged by it being washed or any other condition other then when I sent it, I'd like to be paid for my hoodie at the price it was to sell for on this website. The hoodie I sent to you was is great condition, only taken out to take the required photos for the app. I’ve sold numerous products through this company, new and used products. The Travis Scott hoodie I received on 8/10 is was very and possibly worn. I believe that whom ever handled my merchandise damaged it and tried cleaning it or took my brand new hoodie and sent me back a used/worn hoodie. I would to be compensated at the retail price for my hoodie which $150 usd. I have since deleted my sellers account from Alias/Goat since this incident happened.
