I placed an order for several different items from the company online I received my order and there were one of the orders that I purchase were not the correct size they were too small they were XXL size, so I contacted customer service and ask for a refund return after I submitted the refund return I was contacted and ask for information as pertaining to my refund return of the product I submitted the information showing that the item were too small my refund return was declined so I submitted a appeal for a refund return a second time my appeal refund return was closed so I went back again and submit it a refund return and included the pictures showing that the underwear were too small I was ask again for information showing to support my claim which were the underwear were too small I submitted the proof that the underwear were too small I am still being asked today for proof that the underwear or too small they are refusing to refund my money for the underwear I don't know as to why but I am constantly being asked for proof which I have sent proof 3 separate times showing that the underwear are too small these people do not want to refund me my money I don't know why but at the time I'm getting ready to file a lawsuit against them Resolution Sought I would like for the business to refund me my $8 that I paid for the product from my bank account
