Received 2 couch covers which I never opened. Supposed to be free returns. Asked for a return label which they sent me and put them in a box and returned them. They had said they received them but refused my refund. Now their saying they never received them so they have the covers and my money. I have reached out to them many times with no results Resolution Sought I would like my money back.
