I made several online purchases through an online company named Ali Express…I never received the packages & the company refuses to refund my money back.. Resolution Sought Contact Ali Express, to inform them that the BBB has been alerted & is aware of the fraudulent practices that they're involved in & that they will be investigated.

I ordered Hezzo scooter from Aliexpress on May 20 2024. It's been 6 months and I still haven't heard from them. I filed for a refund on September 24th. To date, I cannot get a response. It's evident you never have no intentions on sending scooter. Resolution Sought I want my 2498.12 refund and SEND HEZZO BAG TO PUT ON SCOOTER for inconvenience caused.
