Alinsco would not take responsibility until I got police report on their driver. Once I got agreement from Alinsco that they were liable for their driver, Alinsco refused to provide rental car and told me to rent myself and not to go over $30 per day. My father has a fleet of trucks and he agreed to rent me one of his trucks for $35 a day. I received a bill and paid him with a check and got a receipt for rental. I turned this into Alinsco and they would not pay and harassed me at work to try to accept a much lower amount and for only the days the vehicle was at collision business even though the vehicle was underivable and I got the rental truck from the day it was damaged by Alinsco at fault driver. Resolution Sought Alinsco has a bill, receipt of payment and even copy of the canceled check where I paid for rental. Alinsco is liable for repayment of my rental bill.

I tried contacting them several times for 2 weeks and couldn't get an answer. Finally, got a hold of someone today for them to tell me, since the insured motorist has not responded, they cannot do anything regarding my damaged vehicle. No business ethics and no business fundamentals. Resolution Sought Need them shut down immediately as I am not the only one with an exact similar situation. Unethical on many levels.
