I recently bought an expensive new program (https://kathrynalice.com/clac-2024/) because Kathryn Alice assured me it would help me in my career. The price of the program is $4500. On May 6th, 2024, I paid the first installment of $2300 via bank transfer to the Alitomco account Kathryn had shared. However, after getting the dashboard access and program materials as well as having two more Skype calls with Kathryn, I realized this was not the right program for me and certainly not worth my investment of $4500, so I sent in my request to withdraw from the program on May 10, 2024. The company closed my dashboard access by mid-May and also gave me access to another program worth $197 but I never heard back regarding my refund. I tried to email both customer care and Kathryn, but my mails are currently unanswered and there has been zero communication from the company. There is no customer contact number on the website. I don't know how authentic the Yelp reviews are but apparently this company does not give refunds and there have been frustrated customers before who spent thousands of dollars but didn't get them back when they were not satisfied with what they had bought: https://www.yelp.com/biz/kathryn-alice-los-angeles. I would like to request a prompt refund of $2300 before filing an official case in the court. Resolution Sought Refund $2300 to my account.
