Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I called Alkavida 4-5 times to order new filters and each time the woman who answered informed me they didn't carry the product. I called a friend who sold me the system, who in turn called the owner. She called me back and I was able to order the filters at a cost of $250. When delivered I called to get instructions to install them. This same woman told me there wasn't anyone who could help me. I asked to speak to the owner or supervisor. She said she would have someone call me back and that I was threatening her because I asked to speak to the owner. THAT IS JUST BS AND SHE IS A LIAR!!! SHE IS AN INCOMPETENT BUFFOON AND SHOULD BE FIRED!!! YOU DON'T TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT!!! THE OWNER NEEDS TO BE INFORMED OF THE WAY THIS WOMAN TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS. NOW I REGRET BUYING A SYSTEM FROM THEM. Resolution Sought Someone needs to apologize to me for all the nonsense i have gone through because of this awful person.
