The items below are from text messages between myself and Mr. Harvin. To summarize, at the close of business day March 31, 2022, Mr. Harvin's moving company had done considerable damage to my new Room To Go Furniture there were chips in the chest and damages to the dresser. I asked him who would be compensating me for the damages and he said that he would. There has been many telephone calls and text messages to Mr. Harvin. He responds that he would get the payment of $100.00 by check in the mail to me right-away or as soon as possible. These promises have never been fulfilled. It's obvious that he doesn't intend to honor his many promises. From March 31 to Sept. 4, he has not paid me what I asked. 100 dollars for the damages to my new furniture that cost thousands was not asking much at all. Resolution Sought I would like the business to honor its promised payment of $100.00 immediately.
